Its subsidiary, HydroThane STP is a company in the field of industrial wastewater treatment, digestion and biogas treatment with installations in more than 35 countries. Missions :

You will be involved into international projects for the company HydroThane in The Netherlands, part of the Water Treatment Group of Axens and your main activities will be :

• You are responsible for:
  • process design (biological waste water treatment plants and biogas desulphurization processes)
  • leading pilot plant research / results
  • technology support to clients (full scale plants / lab pilots)
  • supervision of service contract / after sales with existing clients
  • troubleshooting full scale plants
• You participate in process document review meetings.
• You participate in other more specific tasks, providing designs for proposals
• You participate in the project schedule organization (realization)
• You participate in the various meetings scheduled during the course of the project (KOM, design reviews, P&ID reviews, safety reviews) under the supervision of the project managers.

Knowledge and Required Level :

You have a degree in chemical / environmental engineering (Master of sciences or equivalent), specialized in biological wastewater treatment.

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience within the field of biological wastewater treatment of industrial effluents.

You are experienced in Process basic design tasks, such as:

• Process Modeling
• Equipment specification
• Process control and safety

Your experience enable you to follow up and analyze lab and pilot testing campaigns on industrial wastewater effluents. A training period of several months will be envisaged in the office of HydroThane in The Netherlands according to profile and experience.

A fluent level of English is mandatory, other languages (especially Dutch) are a plus.
